Not only does Google's map program provide maps of the entire world, but it now also has another additional feature. Recently, Google has expanded its beta Google Maps web application to include global satellite photography. This recently added feature allows users to pan the globe, zooming in and out, looking at things from a satellite's perspective. Google has managed to provide a clear, close-up picture throughout the united states, but data for other countries can be quite limited.
