i just checked nightwish's site and it said that the album once will be released in the US on oct. 4 2004, so Haggs, im assuming u got an import or advance copy.

listening to the album on amazon right now. while tarja doesnt use her opera vocals to her full extent, its still an amazing album. i think they tried to focus more on the instrumental part rather than tarjas opera, and the orchestral parts are better than ever.

righto, Once came in the mail yesterday, and ive already managed to listen to it at least 4 times over. favorite songs so far are Ghost Love Score, Dark Chest of Wonders, Wish i Had an Angel, and Nemo. nightwish really went in a less operatic, more heacy direction with this one, but i like it. tarja still manages to sound incredibly well and everyone else is doing their thing. good job nightwish.

Ive recently heard some of the songs off of that CD (I was just introduced to Nightwish by a friend) and I really really like what I hear. Wish I had an Angel is good but it still doesnt top Moondance or Ocean Soul.
