Yahoo free email is now 100MB

Yahoo free email is now 100MB. They appear to be the first ones to have actually implemented the increased mail boxes. So.. if you don't mind a switch of email addy.. get in there, and sign up! =)

yea i noticed my yahoo mailbox was slightly larger than it used to be Wink

I guess yahoo is trying to get more people to sign up, or is just being generous.

it kind of makes you wonder about the capability of these companies if they all of a sudden for free can give you 100MB of free storage space. i mean who knows, maybe hotmail and netscape could all of a sudden out of the blue give us 500MB of space! theres a lot hidden capability.

I haven't decided how to use my 100MB of space yet.. I might just take the opportunity to email myself some important documents, etc. that I want backed up. Maybe some digital pictures or something too. I'm sure it won't be too tough to find a use for it.

is there a way to store files in your email? like say i wanted to save all my word documents for school inside my mail box? is there a way to to that...wait nvm i got it i can jsut mail em to myself! :O its genius!
