Announced Thursday, Tivo and NetFlix will join forces to allow Tivo subscribers to download movies from NetFlix via their broadband Tivo connection. No timeframe has been announced, but NetFlix believes it will be sometime in 2005. Should be fun to see how this works out. Both NetFlix and Tivo are the major players in each of their respective markets.
