Microsoft has released a temporary patch for the Internet Explorer exploiting virus listed a few days ago. You can either use Windows Update to get it, or download it from the following location:

We at AI strongly recommend you download the patch as soon as possible. If you don't know which virus we are talking about, it would be a good idea to run Windows Update just in case. Even if you are using an alternative browser, it is still good practice to update Windows on a regular basis.

I reccomend running windows update once a week regularly, and again if there are virus publishes. Just a good thing to do to keep your system running clean and happy ^_^.

Hmmm, Ever since downloading the patch I've been having some troubles with Ebay... Tends to lock up/pause for long periods of time. This might be a completely unrelated problem, if you have downloaded the patch, please try ebay and see if you experience the same sorts of problems (or if you find the same problems on other pages)
Let me specify, I am not saying this is 100% a problem with the fix, nor do I suggest you skip downloading the fix (unless you run Mozilla or other browsers). It could just be my computer, it hasn't been reformatted in over 3 months, so it could be that...
